Frequently Asked Questions

How do you deliver my cards to me?

We carefully package and ship your card orders right from our home. To maintain privacy, we do not include a return address. But rest assured, your order is in safe hands and sent directly through Canada Post. Delivery typically takes about 4-5 business days.

For efficient and secure shipping, we pack up to 40 cards per envelope, as larger quantities exceed Canada Post’s weight and size limits. This is why shipping costs adjust for every 40 cards in your order.

We're excited to soon offer tracking with Canada Post, making your experience even better. Got ideas on how we can improve deliveries? Drop us a note in the form below—we’d love to hear from you!

Do you offer returns or refunds?

We cannot offer returns or refunds because our cards are shipped in the exact condition described on our website. As a small business, we work hard to ensure every card is carefully packaged and sent at the listed price. If a card arrives in worse condition, it may be due to shipping issues with Canada Post.

We cannot take responsibility for lost or damaged packages when using the First Class shipping option. We’re working to offer expedited shipping soon, which will include tracking information and full insurance for your order.

We hope you understand our limitations. Please be aware that initiating a chargeback through PayPal can be very damaging for us and will result in a permanent ban from future orders. We appreciate your support and encourage you to reach out directly with any issues or concerns. Thank you for your understanding!

How do you determine the shipping cost for my order?

Our shipping cost is determined by the number of cards in your order. We use one envelope that is approximately 5 by 5 inches for every 40 cards, and therefore charge $3 for each envelope. Each of them are shipped individually, but are sent at the same time. They include a safe amount of sleeves and tape to ensure that your cards are well-protected and delivered securely. We strive to ensure that your cards arrive in the best possible condition, maintaining their quality throughout the shipping process.

What do you consider as Near Mint?

We consider a card Near Mint if it’s in very good condition with only minor imperfections. This could include small scratches that might be visible only when the card is tilted under direct light, and some light surface scuffs or fogging that generally aren’t noticeable when the card is in a sleeve. Borders may show a bit of light wear or whitening, and corners might have a few small nicks. Cards with the attribute "Near Mint" are usually what would be considered as being good quality.

What do you consider as Played?

A card in Played condition will show a bit more noticeable signs of wear. This might include light surface scuffs or fogging visible through a sleeve, and occasional deeper scratches affecting parts of the surface. Corners may have some nicks or wear, and borders might display light wear or whitening over parts of the card. Edge whitening could affect both the black and white borders. You might also see minor factory miscuts or surface lines that don’t impact readability.

We do not send cards that are in very poor condition. This includes cards with serious issues such as scratches or scuffing that penetrate past the blue layer, grease, water damage, dirt, surface impacts or indentations felt through a sleeve, severe cardboard degradation like shuffle ripples, or any tournament stamps. Cards in Played condition are generally good enough to be used in tournaments but are not considered "Near Mint." Our goal is to ensure you receive cards that meet a good standard of quality.

Is it possible the price is a bit too high for this card?

We strive to keep our prices fair and competitive, but since we adjust them manually, there may be occasional discrepancies. If you feel a price is too high, please contact us and we’ll be happy to review and adjust it accordingly. On the flip side, our manual pricing adjustments also mean there’s often an opportunity to find items at lower prices! As a small business, we greatly appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to keep everything balanced and up to date.
