Returns

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. If you have any questions about an item's condition or need additional information before ordering, feel free to contact us.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged during shipping or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue so we can review it and work toward a fair resolution.

Lost Shipments

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us. We will investigate the shipment and determine the appropriate next steps based on the shipping method used. We do have a PO Box, so we will be checking it out and keep you updated.
